By accessing or using DualPost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of DualPost, including users who connect their social media accounts to upload content.

Description of Service

DualPost is a free, open-source web tool that allows users to upload vertical video content simultaneously to YouTube Shorts and TikTok using those platforms' official APIs.

DualPost is a convenience tool only. It does not host, store, or modify your content. All uploads go directly to YouTube and TikTok from your own browser.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for all content you upload using DualPost. You agree that you will not upload content that:

Third-Party Platform Terms

DualPost connects to YouTube and TikTok via their official APIs. Your use of these platforms through DualPost is also subject to their own terms:

By using DualPost to post content, you confirm that you also agree to and comply with all of the above terms.

Account Connections & Revocation

DualPost temporarily stores OAuth access tokens in your browser's sessionStorage to allow uploads. These tokens are cleared when you close the browser tab or click "Disconnect."

You may revoke DualPost's access to your YouTube account at any time by visiting Google Account Permissions.

You may revoke DualPost's access to your TikTok account at any time by visiting your TikTok Settings → Connected Apps.

No Warranty

DualPost is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be available, error-free, or that uploads will always succeed.

Platform API availability and functionality are outside our control. YouTube and TikTok may change their APIs at any time, which may affect DualPost's functionality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DualPost and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

DualPost is open source. The source code is available on GitHub. You are free to fork, modify, and self-host the tool in accordance with the project's open source license.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
